Shaivee Narula is a Queer Affirmative & Humanist Therapist who adheres to the form of Eclectic Psychotherapy in order to accommodate the unique as well as diverse needs of her clients. Inclusion, intersectionality and creating safe compassionate spaces are significant pillars in her practice as a therapist. Her work with clients is trauma informed, that aims to unpack the complexities of being human along with being part of different systems, to help them navigate through their journey towards mental wellness in a collaborative process brimming with insights for learning & growth. Her sources of peace and grounding are art, music & nature. She finds herself constantly learning and unlearning about what it means to be a therapist and being human, and feels this journey is ever-evolving.
