Shruthi is a passionate Psychologist who approaches her work with humility, compassion and respect.
She is inclined towards an eclectic approach. She practices therapy from a humanistic, and intersectional trauma-informed lens, occasionally borrowing from the CBT frameworks.
She has been trained in Psychological Assessment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique ( Level 2 Practitioner ).
She caters to issues revolving around anxiety, moods, health related behavioural change, self esteem, personality, relationships, and other life stressors. She strongly advocates that “ You become what you think".
