Do I have ADHD?

You are not alone in asking this.

ADHD content online can feel extremely relatable, but quizzes and Google can't tell you what's going on.

Our RCI licenced psychologists help you explore wheather your symptoms point to ADHD, or to things like anxiety, burnout, depression or attention and focus challenges.

How it works

We start with exploration. What comes next depends entirely on you.

01

Clinical exploration

Two structured sessions to understand your symptoms and history in depth.

By the end, you’ll usually have clarity on whether ADHD seems likely, unlikely, or unclear. For many people, exploration itself is enough.

02

Formal diagnosis

optional

After exploration, you may choose to go ahead with a formal diagnosis.

This involves a structured diagnostic assessment using DIVA-5, an internationally used method for adult ADHD diagnosis.

This step is completely optional and only discussed if relevant to you.

03

Support and management

optional

Based on your exploration or diagnosis, we work with you to build a realistic, practical support plan.

This may include:

  • Therapy
  • Help with focus, routine, and managing day-to-day tasks
  • Lifestyle and coping strategies
  • Medication consultation where appropriate

How we approach ADHD

ADHD is a clinical condition, and its symptoms often overlap with stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and emotional regulation difficulties.

Many people take online tests or relate strongly to ADHD content and start viewing their entire life through that lens. Instead of relying on quick tests or labels, we focus on understanding patterns over time. This includes your history since childhood, current challenges, and how these symptoms show up in daily life.

Our focus is on giving you an accurate clinical understanding, so the support you receive actually helps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get diagnosed in the first session?
Plus Icon

No. We don’t diagnose ADHD in a single session.

The first two sessions are exploratory. They focus on understanding your symptoms, personal history, and current context. By the end of exploration, your psychologist will have a clear clinical sense of whether ADHD is likely, unlikely, or still unclear.

If ADHD seems likely, we guide you toward an optional diagnostic assessment and discuss next steps for support.

Can ADHD be diagnosed through a questionnaire or online test?
Plus Icon

Questionnaires and online tests are screening tools. They are meant to highlight possible symptoms, not to confirm a diagnosis.

Many ADHD symptoms overlap with stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep issues, and emotional regulation difficulties. Because of this, questionnaires alone often suggest ADHD even when something else is actually driving the symptoms.

A proper ADHD diagnosis requires clinical interviews, understanding patterns over time, developmental history, and real-world impact.

What if it turns out not to be ADHD?
Plus Icon

You still leave with clarity and a plan.

Many ADHD like symptoms respond very well to therapy focused on anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, emotional regulation, or lifestyle patterns. If ADHD is not the right explanation, we help you work on what is actually driving your difficulties.

You do not need an ADHD label to receive meaningful help here.

Who is this for?
Plus Icon

This service is for people who want to deeply understand their difficulties, not just receive a label.
It is especially helpful if you:

  • Want clarity about your symptoms rather than a quick answer.
  • Are open to understanding overlapping causes like stress, anxiety, or burnout.
  • Want support even if the answer is not ADHD.
  • Care about getting the diagnosis right, if a diagnosis is needed.
Who is this not for?
Plus Icon

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are only looking for an ADHD label.
  • Want a quick diagnosis without exploration.
  • Are not open to understanding your symptoms beyond a checklist.
  • Are seeking a diagnosis only for medication or certification purposes.

Our focus is on being clinically accurate and helpful, not fast or transactional.

What is DIVA-5 and why is it used?
Plus Icon

DIVA-5 is a structured clinical interview used internationally for adult ADHD assessment.
It helps clinicians understand ADHD symptoms across both childhood and adulthood, and how these symptoms affect daily life. This goes beyond simple checklists or self-report questionnaires.
Compared to brief screening tools, DIVA-5 allows for a more thorough and reliable assessment. When possible, input from a parent or someone who knew you in childhood can strengthen and validate the evaluation.

What do you mean by a formal diagnosis?
Plus Icon

A formal diagnosis means that a licensed clinical psychologist gives a clear, documented clinical opinion on whether you meet the criteria for ADHD, and where you may lie on the ADHD spectrum.
This understanding is based on detailed exploration sessions, your inputs, and structured tools like DIVA-5. It is not a guess or a checklist result.
A formal diagnosis is recognised across India and can be used to seek appropriate ADHD related support, including therapy, workplace or academic accommodations, and psychiatric care if required.

Is diagnosis mandatory if ADHD seems likely or if I want therapy?
Plus Icon

No. A formal diagnosis is always optional.
Many people continue with therapy and management support without choosing to get a formal diagnosis. Your psychologist will explain the pros and cons clearly and help you decide what makes sense for you.

Is this suitable if I already think I have ADHD?
Plus Icon

Yes, as long as you are open to exploring it carefully.
Many people come in strongly identifying with ADHD symptoms. Exploration helps validate what you are experiencing while also understanding whether ADHD is the right explanation or if something else fits better.

Is everything confidential?
Plus Icon

Yes. All sessions, records, and assessments are confidential and handled according to professional and ethical standards.

Can I stop or change direction midway?
Plus Icon

Yes. You are never locked into a diagnosis or a fixed path.
Decisions are made collaboratively. You can pause, continue with therapy, or opt for formal assessment based on what feels right for you.

Understanding ADHD well can change lives. Getting it wrong can create confusion.
That is why we focus on careful clinical understanding first.
