Aadishree Mhatre

Counseling Psychologist

Hi, I’m Aadishree. I’ve studied Psychology and Philosophy, and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

I’m currently training in Narrative Practices—because I’m deeply drawn to the idea that the stories we carry shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us.

And sometimes, with support, we get to gently rewrite those stories in ways that feel more true, compassionate, and empowering.

In my work, I draw from Narrative Practices, CBT, and Behavioural Activation—but more than techniques, I focus on building a collaborative relationship where we figure things out together.

I don’t believe there’s one “right” way to heal. Each person brings their own strengths, wisdom, and lived experience.

My role is to walk alongside you—to be curious with you, to hold space with you, and to explore what healing and growth might look like on your terms.

I work with adults and young adults, and I’m fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

The people I work with often bring experiences like anxiety, sadness, burnout, grief, trauma, self-doubt, or that quiet feeling of being lost or disconnected. Some are navigating deep emotional pain, while others are exploring their identity or sense of belonging. Often, it’s about creating space to breathe, untangle thoughts, and not feel so alone.

Whatever the experience, our work together is about making room for clarity, self-trust, and the possibility of healing and connection.

To me, therapy is about co-creating a space where you can be fully human. A space where all parts of you are welcome—especially the ones you’ve been told are “too much” or “not enough.”

I care deeply about making therapy feel warm, inclusive, and accessible, especially for those who may have felt unseen or unheard in other spaces.

My hope is that through our work together, you feel more grounded in who you are, more connected to what matters to you, and more supported as you find your own path forward.
