An RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Assistant Professor in Psychology (Christ University) and Mental Health Expert Advisor.

Aavleen has spent 4 years on-field, working diversely across sectors of Healthcare, Corporate, Education and Social Enterprise to improve mental health and enhance occupational/ educational performance.

She uses an eclectic approach with insights from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

She completed her studies from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode; Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai; Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, Punjab; and Panjab University, Chandigarh. 

She collaboratively works with her clients to create a mutually safe therapy space to unpack life narratives while steadily moving towards a holistically rich, meaningful and purposeful life.
