Garima Agarwal follows a person centric and collaborative approach, and believes in working with the client to build self awareness and to enhance their holistic wellbeing. She is fluid in her approach to therapy and often integrates elements from Narrative and Somatic Practices and Attachment theory. She has been working with young adults on conflicts relating to self and others. She is driven by her passion to destigmatize conversations around Mental Health and spreading awareness on emotional needs.
