Mehreen Muneer

RCI Registered Clinical Psychologist

My therapeutic work is guided by the belief that psychological healing begins with presence, compassion, and a commitment to personal meaning.

Grounded in a humanistic orientation, I view each client not as a set of symptoms, but as a whole person—capable of growth, resilience, and purposeful change.

I integrate evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—each selected and tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual.

These modalities are not just tools, but frameworks for cultivating psychological flexibility, clarifying values, and developing practical strategies to navigate life’s complexities.

At the core of my approach is a deep respect for the client’s autonomy and lived experience.

Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about helping individuals move toward lives that are rich, full, and aligned with what matters most to them.

I strive to create a space where meaningful change can emerge naturally and sustainably.
