I am Pranati Maloo, a dedicated Counselling Psychologist and certified Expressive Art Therapist with a deep passion for mental well-being.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and substance use concerns.

My expertise also includes couple and relationship counseling, career counseling, sexual health therapy, anger management, and sleep disturbances.

Using an eclectic approach, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, integrating Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered.

I strive to help individuals build self-awareness, resilience, and effective coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
