Sheliza Dahal has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology from SNDT alongside working at Nair Hospital, Mumbai. She has a keen interest in dealing with clients with issues related to anxiety, depression, OCD, abuse, body image concerns, bullying, academic or job stress and concerns relating to women's well-being. Whilst following an eclectic approach to therapy, she is more inclined towards following techniques related to CBT and REBT. She believes in providing a safe space for the client to slowly unpack their emotional baggage affecting their well-being and growth. Her agenda is to help clients increase their resilience, guiding them towards living a fuller, more meaningful lives. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Assamese and Nepali.
