Sneha Toppo has completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the reputed Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi and her M.Sc. in Psychology from University of Calcutta.
She has a varied experience in helping clients with their anxiety, depression, trauma, excessive anger, addiction, personality disorders and interpersonal adjustment difficulties.
She is also interested in helping children and adolescents with behavioural difficulties. She is experienced in helping clients with varied social and cultural backgrounds.
She mostly uses an eclectic approach tailormade according to client's needs. Mostly using CBT, BT and DBT
