She is fluent in English, Hindi and Konkani. She has worked with individuals across all age groups and cultural backgrounds, using an eclectic approach that adapts to the unique needs of each client.

Her therapeutic framework primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and person-centred practices.

Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, body image concerns, work place stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, attachment issues, procrastination, perfectionism, assertiveness, self compassion and self-esteem.

Aarya is dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic, and collaborative space to support clients in navigating their mental health journeys with compassion and clarity.
