Afriti Moses holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed To Be University) and has experience working with both adults and children.

She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, grief, relationship conflicts, stress management, anger management, sleep disturbances, self-esteem issues, and work-life balance.

Afriti employs an eclectic approach to therapy, with a particular inclination towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
