Aniket Deshpande

Aniket Deshpande is a counselling psychologist with a master's in counselling psychology. He is also trained in Family and Marriage Counselling, Trauma Informed Care.

He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. He believes that every person has the capability and is fully able to thrive from their concerns.

He follows an integrative approach, integrating person-centered approach, trauma informed approach, mindfulness, and self-compassion. He is a QPR Certified Gatekeeper. He also has conducted group sessions for children of standard 1st to 8th on good touch and bad touch, sex education, and also educating their parents and teachers.

He is trained in various therapeutic modalities- CBT, REBT, SFBT, DBT, EFT. His area of expertise include- emotional regulation, stress and anxiety regulation, depression, self-growth, loss and grief, trauma, relationship issues, pre-marriage and marriage counselling, adjustment and lifestyle issues.
