My expertise also includes couple and relationship counseling, career counseling, sexual health therapy, anger management, and sleep disturbances.

Using an eclectic approach, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, integrating Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
