I completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology and have experience working with children, adolescents and adults.

I am passionate about human stories and believe that individuals can change and as their therapist, I would be able to hold them through their process of change.

I have dealt with individuals with depression, stress, anxiety, work life balance issues, substance addictions, and relationship issues.

I incline towards behavioural therapy, with mindfulness, empathy and warmth, I would be able to create a safe and non-judgemental space where individuals can heal and process.

I am fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada.
