Athul Raj, a lover of art and dance, holds a master's degree in counseling psychology and has worked in multiple settings such as Jail, NGOs, and organizations. His expertise is in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues, anger management, stress management, LGBTQIA+ issues, bullying, sexual issues, self-esteem, career counselling, and interpersonal relationships. His belief in active listening, providing a safe space, and a strong sense of empathy makes healing a journey to look forward to. For him, therapy is a way to unpack bottled-up emotions and thoughts and develop skills to overcome obstacles in the future. He primarily adopts techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-focused therapy in managing issues faced by the clients.
