Jill Mota has completed her MA in Clinical Psychology from SNDT Women’s University, Churchgate, and her BA in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Her therapeutic work is grounded in sexual health and PCOS, systemic abuse and intergenerational trauma, C-PTSD, attachment and relational concerns, anxiety and related disorders (including OCD, psychosomatic, and body-image concerns), and neurodivergence. She adopts kindness and compassion in walking her clients through their journey from accountability to agency. She sees the therapeutic alliance as a safe, collaborative, and empowering space for unraveling the mind-body wisdom through person-centered, psychodynamic, and systemic (Gestalt) lenses.
